Where Experience Becomes Integrated Manufacturing

The New Tossetti factory represents the industrial core of the company, where decades of accumulated experience meet organized production lines and specialized equipment to manufacture footwear that combines quality, durability, and comfort.

All manufacturing stages take place within the factory, from raw material reception to the final ready-to-ship product, following a structured system that ensures consistent quality and precision at every step.

Clear workflow organization and task distribution across departments allow the factory to maintain production quality while fulfilling orders efficiently and reliably.

Production Lines Inside the Factory

Footwear manufacturing at New Tossetti follows a fully integrated production sequence, where each pair moves through carefully controlled stages before reaching the market.

  • Raw Material Reception & Leather Preparation

Production begins with receiving leather from approved tanneries, where materials are sorted and classified according to type, color, and intended use. Each material is handled based on its technical characteristics, as the final quality of footwear depends on the quality of its raw materials, making this stage the foundation for all subsequent processes.

  • Leather Cutting

Once prepared, leather is cut using specialized machines and precision molds designed for each model and size. This stage ensures component consistency and supports accurate assembly in later production steps.

  • Component Assembly & Marking

All components for each model are organized and verified before production continues, while technical markings and branding are applied. This organizational step ensures smooth workflow during stitching and shaping and reduces the possibility of errors in later stages.

  • Stitching & Upper Assembly

Components move to the stitching department, where skilled technicians assemble the upper parts using specialized machines. At this stage, the shoe begins to take its real form, with strong attention paid to stitching accuracy and detail consistency to ensure durability and daily performance.

  • Shoe Shaping (Toe and Heel Formation)

During shaping, the toe and heel areas are formed through controlled heating and cooling processes, allowing the shoe to achieve its final balanced structure before moving to sole attachment.

  • Sole Injection & Formation

The sole is formed inside the factory using polyurethane injection after preparing surfaces to ensure optimal bonding. This critical stage provides the shoe with stability, lightweight performance, and durability required for everyday use.

  • Final Finishing & Inspection

Shoes undergo finishing processes including cleaning, removal of production marks, and appearance enhancement. Each pair then undergoes final inspection to ensure quality, performance, and visual consistency before moving to packaging.

  • Packaging, Storage & Order Preparation

In the final stage, footwear is packaged according to market or partner requirements and transferred to storage areas before being prepared for shipment to destinations within Palestine and international markets, ensuring safe handling and efficient delivery.

Production Capacity

The factory employs approximately 80 workers across specialized departments including cutting, stitching, assembly, sole production, finishing, and quality control.

Current production capacity reaches approximately 1,800 pairs of shoes per day, with flexible scalability to meet partner demands and market needs without compromising product quality.

Quality at Every Stage

Quality control is applied throughout all production stages, beginning with inspection of leather and raw materials, continuing through manufacturing processes, and concluding with final inspection before packaging.

This systematic approach ensures every pair meets the quality expectations of customers and markets.

Continuous Development

New Tossetti continuously upgrades production lines, equipment, and operational processes to keep pace with market growth and evolving customer requirements, while maintaining the manufacturing quality on which the company’s reputation has been built.
