Shipping

• All shoes are delivered via specialized courier services for safe delivery.

• Delivery covers all cities and towns in the West Bank, Jerusalem and surroundings, and 1948 Areas.

• Standard delivery: 3–6 business days; may vary due to weather or courier delays.

• Delivery fees:

  • West Bank & Jerusalem suburbs: 20 ILS

  • Jerusalem: 30 ILS

  • 1948 Areas: 75 ILS

Returns & Exchanges

• New Tossetti only allows exchanges; returns are not accepted.

• Exchange requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery through customer service.

• Keep the invoice; shoes must be unused and in original condition.

• Free exchange if there is a defect not noticed at delivery.

• Exchange fees: same as shipping fees above.

• Exchange options:

  • Replace with a pair of the same price (original shipping not included).

  • Replace with a higher-priced pair by paying the price difference and exchange fees.

• Exchange conditions: shoes must be unused and packaging intact.
